Damaged or Wrong Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please return it immediately at the time of delivery. No questions asked.

Change of Mind: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for items once delivery is completed unless there is a valid reason (e.g., product defect, incorrect item).

We do not offer direct exchanges after delivery. However, if the issue is reported during delivery, we may replace the item on the spot if stock is available.
