✅ Return Eligibility

  • Damaged or Wrong Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please return it immediately at the time of delivery. No questions asked.

  • Change of Mind: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for items once delivery is completed unless there is a valid reason (e.g., product defect, incorrect item).

  • Items Must Be:

    • Unused and in original condition

    • In original packaging with all tags/labels intact

    • Returned at the time of delivery

🔄 Exchange Policy

  • We do not offer direct exchanges after delivery. However, if the issue is reported during delivery, we may replace the item on the spot if stock is available.

💳 Refund Process

  • Refunds for eligible returns will be processed via:

    • Mobile payment (Bkash/Nagad/Rocket)

    • Bank transfer, or

    • Cash refund (in case of cash-on-delivery)

  • Refunds will be initiated within 3–5 business days after confirmation.

🚚 Return Window

  • Only at the time of delivery. Once the delivery team leaves, returns will not be accepted unless otherwise agreed in writing.
